The PIA of Florida has developed an advertising cooperative called Mosaic where all cooperative dollars go to promoting that brand and identity. IAIMS created the technological foundation to support this project. The technology brings the agent back into the online insurance purchasing process and provides the consumer with real time rates from multiple carriers. Car Insurance Rivals provides agents with an affordable marketing opportunity to purchase semi-exclusive access to consumers searching for auto insurance agents in their local area. Each zip code features a Top 10 Listing of agents servicing a particular zip code where the listings are randomly rearranged on every page view, ensuring equitable listing visibility. The entire site was built to be Search Engine Optimized (SEOed) from the ground up to provide the most optimum visibility in organic searches. The Florida Home Insurers Network is an advertising cooperative that harvests homeowners insurance leads across Florida. It consists of exclusive territories owned by Independent Agents where the cooperative advertising dollars are spent exclusively on Google AdWords. Since inception, the site has brought approximately 14,000 homeowners leads to network participants. The proprietary IAIMS web application provides prospect management tools to each agent for automating lead collection and analysis. IAIMS is partnering with SEMCAT to automate the application process with each agent's appointed carriers.
